We specialise in producing communications for charities and voluntary sector organisations – bringing projects in on time and often to very tight budgets. Making a difference is what gets us out of bed in the morning – we are constantly inspired by the amazing work of our many clients, and really enjoy feeling part of their team.

Goodthinking Communications was founded in 2004 by designer/illustrator Corinne Welch and copywriter Alison Hood after they had worked together in the Creative Services Unit at Oxfam. Joined by web designer Dave Gillespie, their combined experience of producing communications for the voluntary sector led to a growing client base of charities.

After Alison relocated to Australia, Corinne continued to develop goodthinking with more of a focus on design and illustration. She continues to collaborate with former Oxfam colleagues Jane Garton and Emma Gough on jobs which also require editing and copywriting input.

We love working with such a wide range of organisations, each with their own priorities and challenges, and pride ourselves on our long-standing client relationships and regular word-of-mouth recommendations. We maintain a transparent hourly charging rate with no hidden fees, always providing estimates on request before any job commences.

We believe that clear, effective, appealing communications are essential to the success and development of any organisation. Please drop us a line if you’d like to have a chat about how we could help you or if you have any projects in mind…

Corinne is also a printmaker and makes small illustrated books – check out what she’s up to on Instagram @corinne_welch_
